Biography
I'm half Puerto Rican and half Cuban. I studied Literature at Yale and then got my MFA from the University of Southern California. I'm writing my first novel.
The name Sofia means wisdom, it's also the "feminine face of God." This blog is about both: the kid and looking for the divine in the mundane. And hopefully some humor too.
Interests
yoga, hiking, reading, dinner parties, swimming in the ocean, going to the library, farmer's market, green building, riding my bike, drinking wine on the deck, drinking tea at 4pm, road trips with my husband, inspiring creativity in other people
